However, due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturer updates or other technical reasons, the actual colour, texture or shade of flooring may differ slightly from what is shown on the website or in images.
Before placing an order, we recommend making sure that the selected flooring, quantity, colour and specifications are suitable for your needs.
3. Orders
When placing an order, please provide correct contact and delivery information, including your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and any other information required to process and deliver your order.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct and sufficient for the order to be completed. If you notice any mistake in your order or contact details, please contact us as soon as possible.
By providing delivery information, you agree that it may be used to manage your order and, where necessary, shared with delivery partners only to the extent required to complete the delivery.
4. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only when we have confirmed product availability, price, delivery or collection conditions, and received the agreed payment or another written confirmation agreed with us.
If we are unable to fulfil an order due to a technical error, stock changes, incorrect pricing or another reasonable reason, we will contact you and offer a suitable solution or refund any amount paid if payment has already been made.
5. Prices and Payments
All prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise.
Prices, delivery charges and other conditions may be confirmed before the order is finalised. The final order amount will always be agreed with the customer before the order is confirmed.
Payment terms, deposits or full payment requirements are agreed individually depending on the nature of the order.
6. Delivery and Collection
Customers may choose to collect goods from our warehouse or use our delivery service where available for the specified address.
Delivery conditions, delivery cost and estimated delivery timeframe are confirmed before the order is finalised.

7. Checking Goods
Upon receiving or collecting the goods, the customer must check that the goods match the order, including model, colour, quantity, packaging and general condition.
If you notice any damage, missing goods or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos and order information.
Flooring must be checked before installation. Once flooring has been installed, it is considered that any visible issues or differences that could have been identified before installation have been accepted.
8. Installation
Norde Floors may, where possible, recommend or provide contact details for independent flooring installers.
Any agreement for installation services is made directly between the customer and the independent installer. The installer is responsible for their own work, pricing, availability, schedule, tools, insurance and the quality of the installation.
Norde Floors is not responsible for any work carried out by independent installers, including installation quality, delays, damage, workmanship, additional costs or any issues arising from the installation.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the flooring is checked before installation and that the installation area is properly prepared and suitable for the chosen flooring.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, leftover flooring returns, special orders, damaged goods and incorrect goods are handled according to our Delivery, Returns and Refund Policy.
Before returning any goods, customers must contact us by email and obtain return instructions.
These conditions do not limit any consumer rights that apply under Irish and EU consumer protection law.
10. Special Orders
Products ordered specially for the customer, selected according to individual requirements, non-standard items, clearance items or special-order products may have separate conditions.
Before confirming such an order, we will inform the customer if the product falls under a special-order category.
11. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to use it for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt its operation, copy website content without permission or carry out any activity that may harm the website, our business or other users.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, design, logos, trademarks and other materials, belongs to Norde Floors or is used with permission.
